Where a service provider is located outside Nigeria, any transfer of personal data is carried out in line with the cross-border transfer requirements of the NDPA and the GAID.

  • lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

10. Children's data

The Website and our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
